How ANM Audio Visuals d.o.o. processes Personal Data you submit through anm.co.rs — contact forms, quote requests, and related technical features.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains which Personal Data ANM Audio Visuals d.o.o. collects through the public website anm.co.rs, the purposes of Processing, how long we retain data, and your Data Subject Rights. By using the contact form, quote request form, or other site features through which you voluntarily send us information, you acknowledge this policy. It covers Processing related to the website and does not replace project-specific contractual terms.

Personal Data we collect
We collect information you submit through website forms, plus limited technical data needed for site operation and security (for example IP address in connection with form abuse protection). Depending on the form, Processing may include: full name, company/organisation, email, phone, message content, event details, date, venue/location, number of participants, selected services, and any attached document. We do not ask for data that is not needed to handle your request. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar marketing trackers. Cloudinary and Sentry are not active in production today.
Contact form
Through the contact form you may send your full name, email, phone (optional), and message. You must confirm consent to Processing for the purpose of responding to the enquiry (checkbox on the form). Data is stored in the ANM Audio Visuals business system (PostgreSQL / Payload CMS) and used to handle the enquiry and communicate with you. You may receive an acknowledgement email; an internal notification goes to our sales/contact inbox.
Quote request
The quote request form may include: full name, company/organisation, email, phone, event type, date, location, number of participants, number of rooms, selected services, message content, and an optional attachment (within allowed types and size). These data are stored in the ANM Audio Visuals business system and used to process the enquiry, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and — when we work together — deliver the service.
Purposes of Processing
We Process Personal Data to: • respond to enquiries and communicate with you; • prepare and deliver quotes; • organise and deliver agreed services; • keep business records of requests; • send technical acknowledgements of form receipt (when email delivery is available); • protect forms against abuse (for example rate limiting). We do not use form data for unrelated third-party marketing campaigns.
Legal Basis
Depending on context, Processing is based on: • steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (responding to an enquiry / preparing a quote); • our legitimate interest in conducting business communications and keeping request records; • consent you give by checking the privacy checkbox on a form, where consent is required for that Processing; • legal obligations when data appears in contractual, accounting, or other records required by law.
Data Retention
Personal Data from ordinary business enquiries that did not lead to a contractual relationship is as a rule retained for no longer than 24 months from the last relevant communication, unless there is a justified legal or business reason for longer retention. Contractual, accounting, and business documentation is retained for the periods required by the applicable laws of the Republic of Serbia. After the relevant period, data is deleted or anonymised unless longer retention is necessary.
Recipients and service providers
Authorised ANM Audio Visuals staff and collaborators may access data as needed to handle enquiries and deliver services. We operate the site and forms on our own infrastructure (hosting, PostgreSQL, and Payload CMS). Media files are currently stored locally on our server. We use a specialised email infrastructure provider for notifications and confirmations (see Resend). LIVE and archive pages may load a Vimeo player (see Vimeo). We do not sell Personal Data to third parties.
Resend
When email delivery is configured, we use a specialised email infrastructure provider (Resend) to send notifications to our team and acknowledgement messages to the form submitter. Resend Processes data contained in those emails (for example name, email, enquiry content) solely to deliver the messages. We do not claim that Resend stores our client database — enquiry records remain in our business system. If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the enquiry may still be saved with us, and you still receive an on-site thank-you confirmation.
Vimeo and embedded content
LIVE and archive pages may include an embedded Vimeo video player. When the player loads in your browser, Vimeo as an independent provider may receive technical data such as IP address, referrer, and information needed for playback, under Vimeo’s own privacy terms. ANM does not set Vimeo cookies. The player typically loads when you start playback (except the primary LIVE feed, where the player may be ready for broadcast).
Analytics
Website analytics is currently inactive in production. ANM may in the future use privacy-oriented analytics (for example optionally supported Plausible or Umami) to understand site usage. Such optional analytics will not be activated without an appropriate consent mechanism where consent is required. If analytics were enabled, the script would load only after you accept the banner; rejecting prevents loading. The choice is stored in localStorage under anm-analytics-consent (values accepted or rejected), not as a cookie. See the Cookie and Local Storage Policy for details. We do not use Google Analytics.
International transfers
Primary form records are stored in our system. Certain providers (for example email infrastructure, or Vimeo when a player loads) may Process data outside the Republic of Serbia to the extent needed to provide their service and in line with applicable data-protection rules. Where required, we take appropriate measures to protect Personal Data in such transfers.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS, CMS access control, public-form protections (for example honeypot and rate limiting), and restricted administrative access. No system is completely risk-free. If you become aware of a potential security issue related to our site, please contact office@anm.co.rs.
Data Subject Rights
Under the applicable data-protection laws of the Republic of Serbia, you may request: • access to Personal Data relating to you; • correction of inaccurate data; • erasure, where legal conditions are met; • restriction of Processing; • objection to Processing based on legitimate interest; • withdrawal of consent where Processing is based on consent (withdrawal does not affect lawfulness before withdrawal). You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in the Republic of Serbia.
