Live streaming
Your event, live. To audiences anywhere.
ANM Audio Visuals delivers professional live streaming for conferences, congresses, panels, presentations and business events — from audio and video production through distribution of the finished programme on the right online platforms.
We link the streaming system to cameras, video direction, sound, presentations and other event systems so remote viewers follow a professionally produced programme.

From the event to the online audience
Reliable live streaming starts long before the signal reaches the internet. Picture, sound, presentations and other sources must be correctly linked, controlled and prepared before distribution to the audience.

Delivery on the platform that fits the event
We can deliver streaming according to the platform and distribution method that fit the specific event.

Other streaming platforms and systems according to the project’s technical requirements.
Streaming has to work when the programme starts.
A live event has no second take.
That is why we check the full signal path before the programme starts — from cameras and microphones to the final streaming output.
During the stream the technical team monitors production and steps in when intervention is needed.
Pre-production
Planning the signal path, platform and technical requirements.
Testing
Checking audio, video and streaming systems before the programme starts.
Monitoring
Monitoring production and the stream during the event.
Multilingual live streaming
For international events we can link streaming production to the simultaneous-interpretation system.
Original and interpreted audio channels are planned around the event format, distribution method and what the chosen online platform supports.
Need more than a stream?
If remote speakers, moderators or participants need to take an active part in the programme, the event is no longer just a live stream.
ANM also delivers online and hybrid events that connect the room, remote participants, video production and technical support.

Frequently asked questions
Which platforms can you stream to?
We stream according to the platform and distribution method agreed for the specific event — including YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, LinkedIn and other systems when the project’s technical requirements allow it. We do not claim partnership or certification with any platform.
Do you provide cameras and video direction?
Yes. Live streaming production includes cameras and video direction when they are part of the agreed technical plan — so the finished programme is ready for distribution.
Do you provide a complete audio system?
For streaming we provide a controlled audio feed from speakers, panels and other sources. Full room PA is planned when it is part of the wider AV brief for the event.
Can the stream be recorded?
Yes. When needed we can record the streaming production at the same time — with an agreed scope and delivery format.
Can the event be broadcast to multiple platforms?
Multi-destination delivery is possible when the event format, chosen platforms and technical configuration support it. We plan the signal path and tests before the programme starts — without blanket promises for every platform combination.
Can you include presentations in the live stream?
Yes. We integrate presentations, video content and graphics into the finished programme when they are part of the agreed technical plan.
Does live streaming support simultaneous interpretation?
We can link streaming production to the simultaneous-interpretation system. Original and interpreted audio channels are planned around the event format and what the chosen platform supports — without assuming every platform offers the same language features.
What internet connection is needed on site?
Requirements depend on resolution, number of destinations and how the stream is distributed. For every event we verify the available link and fallback options against that specific stream — without inventing a fixed Mbps figure up front.
Can you connect remote speakers?
When remote speakers or participants need to take an active part in the programme, the event becomes an online or hybrid format. For that delivery see Online events — live streaming is distribution of the finished programme to an audience, not active participation on a platform.
What is the difference between live streaming and an online event?
Live streaming means ANM produces the event and distributes the finished audio/video programme to an audience over the internet. An online event is a format where speakers, participants, moderators or interpreters actively join via online platforms.
Do ANM technicians stay for the whole stream?
When the event configuration requires it, the technical team monitors production and the stream throughout the broadcast.
Planning a live stream?
Send the date, venue, event format and how the audience should follow the programme — we will propose a matching streaming configuration.
