Online & hybrid events

Room and remote participants. One event.

ANM Audio Visuals connects on-site speakers, participants and audiences with remote attendees through a professionally produced audio and video system. From online meetings to complex hybrid conferences, we plan the full technical path of communication between the room and the online environment.

We link audio, video, presentations, simultaneous interpretation, streaming and recording to the format of each event.

Control room for an online event with remote participants on screens

One event. Room and online space.

At a hybrid event, on-site and remote participants must follow the programme and communicate with each other naturally. ANM plans the audio and video path so the room and online platform work as one connected system.

  1. 01

    Room

Speakers, moderator, audience and presentations on site.

  2. 02

    ANM AV system

Audio, video, presentations and communication control.

  3. 03

    Online platform

    Remote speakers, participants and audience.

What we provide

  • Audio interconnection

Bidirectional sound distribution between the room and remote participants.

  • Video production

Cameras, video direction and display of local and remote speakers.

  • Presentations

Controlled distribution of presentations and other visual content.

  • Remote speakers

Technical prep and linking remote speakers into the room programme.

  • Simultaneous interpretation

Linking interpreters, the original programme and language channels to the event format.

  • Recording and streaming

When needed we can record the event or distribute it to an additional online audience.

  • Technical support

Monitoring the full system throughout the programme.

Online or hybrid?

  • Online event

All or most participants join the programme remotely.

ANM delivers the technical production of audio and video communication, presentations, speaker support and other systems the event needs.

  • Hybrid event

Some participants are on site while others join remotely.

ANM connects the room and the online environment into one controlled technical system.

Remote speakers without the technical stress.

A remote speaker is part of the programme even when they are not in the room.

Before the event we can check their connection, sound, camera, presentation and how they join the programme.

During the event the technical team controls how they are brought into the audio and video production.

  • Before the event

    Technical rehearsal and connection check.

  • Prep to go live

The speaker prepares before joining the programme.

  • During the programme

Controlled cue into the room and video production.

Studio for remote simultaneous interpretation

ANM studio for remote interpreters

When interpreters do not need to be on site, the ANM studio lets them work in a controlled technical environment. Audio routing, monitoring and technical support are prepared before the event, and the studio is linked to the matching online or hybrid system.

Presentations for the room and online participants.

Presentations, video materials and other content must reach the audience correctly no matter where participants are.

ANM links the presentation system to video production and the online environment so content is available to audiences in the room and remotely.

A platform that fits the event format

We choose the online system for attendance, how people communicate, presentations, simultaneous interpretation and other programme requirements.

  • Zoom
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Webex

Other supported online platforms according to the project’s technical requirements.

Multilingual online and hybrid events

For international events we can link the online or hybrid system to simultaneous interpretation.

Interpreters can work on site or, when the technical format allows it, from a controlled remote environment.

The original programme, interpretation and language-channel distribution are planned around the platform and event structure — without assuming every platform offers the same language features.

Online event or live streaming?

  • Live streaming

The audience primarily follows a finished programme.

Communication is mostly one-way — from production to the viewer.

    Live streaming →
  • Online / hybrid event

Remote speakers and participants take an active part in the programme and communicate with the room.

    Communication is bidirectional.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an online and a hybrid event?

An online event means all or most participants join remotely. A hybrid event brings together people in the room with those joining remotely — in one controlled technical system.

Which online platform do you recommend?

We choose the platform for attendance, how people communicate, presentations, simultaneous interpretation and other programme needs. We often work with Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex — without tying the whole service to one platform or claiming partnership or certification.

Can you connect remote speakers to the conference room?

Yes. We link remote speakers into the room’s audio and video production so they can take an active part in the programme — with technical prep and controlled cueing during the event.

Do you run a technical rehearsal with remote speakers?

Yes. Before the event we can check connection, sound, camera, presentation and how they join the programme. We do not control the quality of the speaker’s internet link, but we plan rehearsals and fallbacks within the agreed technical plan.

Can you show presentations both in the room and online?

Yes. We link the presentation system to video production and the online environment so content reaches audiences in the room and remotely.

Can the event include simultaneous interpretation?

Yes. We can link the online or hybrid system to simultaneous interpretation. The original programme, interpretation and language channels are planned around the platform and event structure — without assuming every platform offers the same language features.

Do interpreters have to be on site?

Not always. Interpreters can work on site or, when the technical format allows it, from a controlled remote environment — including the ANM interpreter studio.

Can a hybrid event also be live streamed?

Yes, when the event format and technical plan require it. Live streaming is additional one-way distribution of the finished programme to an audience — separate from active online participation. For stream-focused delivery see Live streaming.

Can the event be recorded?

Yes. When needed we can record the event — with an agreed scope and delivery format.

Do you provide cameras, sound and video production?

Yes. For online and hybrid events we plan audio, video production, cameras and linked systems when they are part of the agreed technical plan.

What internet connection is needed?

Requirements depend on the platform, number of remote participants, video resolution and how people communicate. For every event we verify the available link and fallbacks against that specific setup — without inventing a fixed Mbps figure or claiming control over remote participants’ connection quality.

Does the ANM technical team stay during the event?

When the event configuration requires it, the ANM technical team monitors the system and communication throughout the programme.
